Our story began in late 2014 when we were established as a spin-off from the ACS Group, consolidating a significant portion of its renewable assets. In the spring of 2015, we achieved a milestone by becoming the first YieldCo to be listed on the Ibex 35. Since then, we have experienced continuous growth through the acquisition of key assets.
After completing our 2022-2026 Strategic Plan two years ahead of schedule, achieving outstanding results and with the support of our shareholder Brookfield, we are now a solid platform ready to continue expanding our presence and actively contributing to the global decarbonization challenge.
