Users are informed that by providing their data to Solclef through forms and/or questionnaires with the corresponding box marked for acceptance of the privacy policy of this website, they consent to Solclef processing their data for the purposes outlined in the "Purpose of Data Processing" section. Personal data accessed by Solclef will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing. It is stated that the data controller does not perform automatic variations, profiling, or segmentation based on the information obtained from users.

The legal basis for the legitimacy of the processing is:

- Solclef contracts its virtual infrastructure through cloud computing with the entity "Genetsis" under the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement.
- Public bodies and institutions of the General State Administration, Regional and Local, judicial authorities, and all others to which it is legally obligated to provide them.
- Web analytics service providers: The website uses the following Google services: Google Analytics and maps.google.com.
2.- No international data transfers are established.
